Our department provides EMS and Fire protection for the following areas:


Facts about our

Rescue Squad:

  • -Village of East Troy

  • -Town of East Troy

  • -Town of Spring Prairie

  • -Town of Lafayette

  • -Town of Troy EMS Coverage Only 

  • We also provide fire prevention education to all area schools

  • Our Emergency Medical Service is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year 

  • We have one full time AEMT on shift and the rest of our EMT's are volunteers at different levels

  • We also have one full time EMT on shift 7am to 1700 Monday thru Friday

  • We run on average 600 EMS calls a years

  • We have 25 Licensed State of Wisconsin EMT's

  • We are Dispatched by Walworth County Sheriff

  • We are an Advanced EMT Level (AEMT)


Our department is part of Mutual Aid Box Alarm System (MABAS) Division 103. This is needed for a large scale event that requires assistance from other departments. This is a easy way for our dispatch center to get us the help by dispatching the departments on the card that our Chief has predetermined and pre approved.

Our department currently has 10 members of the Walworth County Hazmat Team. The Hazmat Team operates at a Level B Status.​

All of our Firefighter's are trained in Cold Water Rescue. 9 of which are SCUBA certified. The dive team was reestablished in 2015
